The site is grown entirely from user requests, so please be specific. The things we are most grateful to hear about are:
- A tool you wish existed. Word to PDF, background remover, HTML to PDF, a compressor that handles batches, anything you searched for and could not find. If it is technically possible in a browser, we will try to build it for free.
- Something that did not work. A file that failed to convert, a tool that behaved oddly on your phone, or a page that confused you. Include the browser and device you were using, and it gets fixed much faster.
- Something you loved. Genuinely positive feedback tells us what to double down on, and it makes our day.
- Ideas for the guides. Topics you would like explained in plain English, the way you searched for them.

We read every message and usually reply within two to three days. Bug reports with full details tend to get the fastest fixes.
Do you collect my email address?
No. The form simply opens your email app with your message composed. Your address is only used for us to reply to you, and it is never stored on FreeClickTools. Before it opens, the form checks that the address is real, so your reply does not bounce.
Can I request a new free tool?
Yes, that is exactly what we want. Mention what the tool should do and what problem it solves for you. If it can run privately in a browser, we will consider building it free for everyone.
Is my file data ever uploaded when I use your tools?
No. Every converter and formatter runs in your browser. Files and text never leave your device, so you can safely use them with private documents and photos.
